Covered Applications:

This policy applies to all applications published by GameSpeed Insight Inc., including but not limited to:

• BaGSS (Baseball Game Situation Simulator)

• BaGSS Flash Cards

• Other GameSpeed baseball training applications

Throughout this policy, "the app" or "our apps" refers to any GameSpeed Insight Inc. application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information to provide and improve our app:

• Usage Data: Anonymous information about how you use the app (features accessed, time spent, quiz completion)

• Device Information: Basic technical data (device type, iOS version, app version)

• Purchase History: Subscription status (managed by Apple - we do not have access to payment information)

We do NOT collect:

• Name, email address, or contact information

• Location data

• Photos or camera access

• Microphone or audio data

• Personal identifiable information of any kind

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to:

• Improve and maintain app performance

• Fix bugs and crashes

• Analyze usage trends to enhance features

• Provide customer support

3. Sharing of Information

We do NOT:

• Sell your data

• Rent your data

• Share data with advertisers

• Include third-party advertising

We may share anonymous, aggregated usage data with analytics providers (such as Apple Analytics) to improve the app. This data cannot be used to identify you.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Children's Privacy

Our app is designed for users of all ages, including children under 13.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

• We do NOT require account creation, registration, or login

• We do NOT share any user data with third parties for advertising purposes

• We do NOT include third-party advertising or tracking

The app collects only anonymous usage analytics (device type, OS version, features used) and in-app purchase history (managed by Apple).

No personal information is collected, stored, or shared.

6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

BaGSS Flash Cards offers a Premium subscription available for $9.99/year and unlocks all flash cards, practice modes, and simulations.

Note: BaGSS (Baseball Game Situation Simulator) is NOT a subscription service. The subscription terms below apply only to BaGSS Flash Cards Premium.

Subscription Terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

• You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings

• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

• Free tier remains available with limited content (S1 & S2 scenarios)

All purchases are processed and managed through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

7. Data Retention

We retain anonymous usage data only as long as necessary to improve the app and provide support. You can request deletion of any data associated with your device by contacting us at support@gamespeedinsight.com.

Subscription data is managed by Apple and follows Apple's data retention policies.

8. Your Choices

You can:

• Delete the app at any time to stop all data collection

• Disable analytics in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements

• Contact us to request data deletion

• Cancel your subscription in App Store settings

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Posting the new Privacy Policy in the app

• Updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy

• (If email is collected in the future) Sending an email notification

Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
